§ 01 · Services

What a complete practice
actually covers.

We do not specialize in any one season or any single discipline. The same partners who file your April return are the ones thinking about your succession, your retirement plan, and the structure of your next business in December.

i.
Tax Planning & Preparation

Individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift. New York, multi-state, and federal. We file. We also plan — quietly, throughout the year.

  • Form 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1041, 706, 709
  • New York & multi-state filings
  • IRS representation & correspondence
  • Quarterly estimated tax planning
ii.
Small Business Accounting

Books that close on time, every month. Reports that tell you what actually happened, not just what your software shows. QuickBooks ProAdvisor-led, with hands actually on the file.

  • Monthly & quarterly close
  • Payroll & sales-tax compliance
  • Bank, credit card, and merchant reconciliation
  • QuickBooks setup, training, cleanup
iii.
Advisory & Consulting

The conversations that don't fit on a return. Entity choice, succession, buy-sell agreements, retirement-plan design, and the unglamorous discipline of looking at your numbers before the year ends.

  • Entity selection & restructuring
  • Succession & transition planning
  • Cash-flow forecasting & budgeting
  • Part-time CFO services
iv.
Estates, Trusts & Family

Generational work. Trust accountings, estate returns, and the quiet coordination between your attorney, your wealth advisor, and the family members who eventually inherit the file.

  • Fiduciary income tax (Form 1041)
  • Estate & gift tax filings (706 / 709)
  • Trust accountings & reporting
  • Coordination with counsel
v.
Audit, Review & Compilation

Independent attest services for closely-held businesses, nonprofits, and entities with bank or regulatory reporting requirements. Honest scope. No surprises in the engagement letter.

  • Reviews & compilations
  • Agreed-upon procedures
  • Nonprofit Form 990 & CHAR500
  • Bank-financing-ready financial statements
vi.
QuickBooks Services

Setup, cleanup, training, and the recurring tune-ups that keep your books usable instead of just present. ProAdvisor-certified, with experience across Online, Desktop, and Enterprise.

  • QuickBooks Online migration
  • Chart-of-accounts redesign
  • Staff training (your team, your data)
  • Annual file health review
§ 02 · Client Portal

A private document room
open year-round.

No more emailing tax documents from your phone, no more driving W-2s and 1099s up to Calvert Street. A secure, named portal for every client — invited by us, encrypted end-to-end, mobile-friendly, and always on.

  • 01

    Invitation-based access

You receive an email from our office. You create a password. That is the only way in. We don't share links, and we don't email documents in either direction.

  • 02

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Documents are stored in our Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment, encrypted by Microsoft, covered by our written information-security program (WISP) and access-logged.

  • 03

    Mobile capture, by photograph

Snap a photo of a 1099. The portal cleans it, names it, and files it in the right folder. A small thing — but it is the difference between filing in January and filing in April.

  • 04

    Always open

Need your 2024 return at midnight on a Tuesday in October? It is there. Every document we have ever produced for you, organized by year, by entity, by topic.
